Unfortunately, no-shows forfeit their payment. If you'd like to reschedule, email us with your preferred date and time and we will rebook you.
If you want to reschedule, send an e-transfer to aocana@me.com for $15 and your preferred date and time, and we'll do the rest. We need 2 business days to fill your spot. Unfortunately, if we don't hear from you in time, you are considered a late cancellation or no-show, and you forfeit your payment.
