In order to avoid a waiting list, the appointments are first-come, first-serve.
We open up a new week of appointments every Monday.

There are a number of letters in the queue at any one time. Please allow 2-3 weeks.

A properly completed form requires a review of your chart, and then answering the questions, and then faxing, mailing or emailing the form, and all that takes time.

Unfortunately, MSP only pays for one 30 minute visit for assessments. Our assessments are 120 minutes and include diagnosis and treatment.

You can book a visit to discuss your current treatment, progress and side effects.
You can order a no-visit prescription refill, if nothing has changed, you just need a refill.

Most doctors don't provide prescriptions without a visit. We understand that you are busy and we want to make refills easy. But even without a visit, reviewing your chart, writing the prescription and faxing it to your pharmacy takes time.
