Welcome to ADIOS

Over the past 3 months I have become acquainted with Tarun Gulati. He is the author of ADIOS, an 8-week program of contemplation. I could not recommend it more highly. It would be especially valuable to those who struggle with anxiety, depression and self-esteem issues.

Registration is closed. Hopefully, we'll see you at our next event

About the event

We spend most of our days pretty much unconscious; running on the hamster wheel from one activity to another. These are not optional activities. They're things like work, shopping for groceries, picking up the kids from soccer.

The point is we have all kinds of time, little snippets of time, where we could be more aware, more tuned in to our bodies. It might be at a traffic light, waiting for an elevator, before you walk in the door of your home. It's not hard, you will get the hang of it.

In this webinar series, with Tarun Gulati and myself, you will learn WHAT to think about, and HOW to think about it, in a way that makes your life more peaceful. I've tried it. It works.
