Feeling what you're thinking
Contemplation is not the same as meditation. In meditation, you're trying to clear your mind, trying to still your whirling thoughts. Contemplation is 'listening in'
80% of what's going on in your head is below the level of consciousness. But not inaccessible. It's easy enough, we just never do it. In fact most of us ignore it. Your gut feel; can you feel it? What is it trying to tell you? Contemplation is tuning in to your inner vibration. If you listen in, what will you hear?
