Please allow 2-3 weeks for the completion of forms or letters, as there are often several requests in the queue.

Completing forms requires a thorough review of your chart, answering the necessary questions, and then faxing, mailing, or emailing the form. This process takes time, which is why there is a charge.

Unfortunately, MSP only pays for one 30 minute visit for assessments. Our assessments are 120 minutes and include diagnosis and treatment.

1. You can book a visit to discuss your current treatment, progress and side effects.

2. You can order a no-visit prescription refill, if nothing has changed, you just need a refill.

We charge a fee for prescription refills because even without a visit, reviewing your chart, writing the prescription, and faxing it to your pharmacy takes time. We aim to make the process as convenient as possible for you.
